I am a beginner, can I still join the classes?
Absolutely! We welcome everyone to join us no matter how in shape you are. During the classes, our instructors will challenge you and make you push your limits to improve, but there are always options for everyone. You always set your own level of speed and choose the heaviness of your weight, depending on your experience and fitness.
How many calories can I burn in one session?
Depends on everyone’s performance, of course. But with a bootcamp class you can burn up to 1000kcal. And the best: you not only burn during the 45 minutes where you are training, but you keep burning during the following 4-5 hours!
Do I have to be a good runner?
Our HIIT Bootcamp is for everyone! The good thing about running as a cardio exercise is that you don’t have to be a “good” runner to start. You will control the speed and inclinations levels in the treadmill, so you choose your own limits. Our instructors will always try to challenge you and push your limits by giving indications throughout all the session. In case of an injury, we can adapt the running station to something else.
Are classes divided by levels?
Our classes are not divided by fitness / experience levels because our instructors give indications for all the different levels. It’s up to you how much weight you use and how fast you run on the treadmill. Don’t worry, if you are an advanced fitness person, you will still get VERY CHALLENGED during our classes.
Can I come to train barefoot?
Yes, you can.
Do you do protein shakes?
Yes, we do!! And they are the best protein shakes in the island!!
Can I transfer or share my packs or memberships to someone else?
No, you can’t. Packs and memberships are personal. Anyways, you can always contact us and we will check your situation and try to help you as much as possible.
