The science behind our bootcamp classes
Our HIIT workout is build in the Orange Theory, which is based on the concept of EPOC (Post-Exercise Oxigen Consumption), or also called “Afterburn”. This method states that if a person maintains a certain maximum heart rate during a workout, they will continue to burn calories long afterward through a oxigen-burning process.
This type of training suits everyone that focuses on torching calories, burning fat, building muscle, and maintaining overall health.
